Our 90-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with your vacuum bell, chest support brace or sodium hyaluronate gel for any reason, you can send it back within 90 days of the day it was delivered to you and get your money back.
- You can return the vacuum bell even if you have used it. We do not ask for it to be unused or in its original packaging. The same applies to the brace and the gel.
- The guarantee covers the vacuum bell, the chest support brace and the gel, bought alone or together.
- You pay the postage to send the items back to us in Romania. We recommend a tracked service, because we can only refund what reaches us.
- We refund the price you paid for the returned items to your original payment method within 14 days of the day we receive them back. Your original shipping was free, so there is nothing else to refund there.
How to start a return
- Email support@formachest.com with your order number and the items you are sending back. You do not need to give a reason.
- We reply within 2 business days with your return reference.
- Pack the items, write the return reference on the parcel, and send it to: Str. Ștefan cel Mare nr. 85, Craiova 200129, Dolj, Romania, attn AUGUMENTUM SRL
- Send us the tracking number. We email you when the parcel arrives and again when the refund is sent.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email support@formachest.com with your order number and a photo. We replace it or refund it, and we pay the return postage. This does not affect your legal rights: in the EU, goods must match their description and be free of faults for 2 years from delivery.

You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order is dispatched. Email support@formachest.com with your order number.

Your legal right to cancel within 14 days (customers in the EU and UK)
This is a separate legal right. It applies in addition to our 90-day money-back guarantee, not instead of it.
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days run from the day you, or someone you name (not the carrier), receive the goods. If your order arrives in several parcels, they run from the day you receive the last one.
- To cancel, tell us clearly before the 14 days end, for example by email to support@formachest.com. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to.
- Send the goods back to Str. Ștefan cel Mare nr. 85, Craiova 200129, Dolj, Romania, attn AUGUMENTUM SRL without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day you told us you are cancelling. You pay the direct cost of sending them back.
- We refund all payments received from you, including the original delivery cost (delivery is free), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we are told of your decision to cancel. We may hold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown proof that you sent them, whichever comes first. We use the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise, and you pay no fee for the refund.
- We do not deduct anything for use of the goods.
