Free shipping
Free shipping on every order, worldwide. There is nothing extra to pay for shipping at checkout.
When it ships and when it arrives
- Your order is dispatched within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, public holidays excluded).
- Delivery typically takes 2 to 3 weeks. Busy periods and customs checks can add a few days.
- As soon as your order ships, we email you the tracking number and a link to follow it.
Who the parcel comes from
Your parcel may be handed over by one of our logistics partners, so the sender name on the label or the tracking page may not say FormaChest. That is normal. If you are unsure about a delivery, email us your order number.
Where we deliver
We deliver worldwide. We do not currently ship to a small number of countries; if checkout does not offer yours, email us.
Customs, import VAT and duties
For deliveries to the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, the Middle East and Southeast Asia, we pay any import charges, and nothing is payable on delivery. If you are ever charged anything on delivery, send us the receipt and we refund it.
For deliveries to any other country, your country may charge import VAT or duties on arrival. These are not included in our price. If you want to check before you buy, email us before ordering.

Address changes, lost and damaged parcels
- Please check your address at checkout. We can change it only before the order ships.
- If tracking has not moved for 7 days, or your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email support@formachest.com with your order number (and a photo if damaged). We work it out with the carrier, then send a replacement or refund you.
