We want your Forma Chest device to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service. Please note:
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for express shipping methods. Standard shipping to P.O. Boxes is available domestically. Some international destinations may have restrictions — please contact us before ordering if you are unsure about your location.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@formachest.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
