At Forma Chest, we stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all standard FormaChest brace orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price (excluding original shipping costs).
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- In original, unused, unworn condition
- In original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
- Not marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been used, worn, or show signs of wear
- Custom-sized or custom-fitted braces made to your specific measurements
- Items purchased as "Final Sale"
- Digital downloads or educational materials
- Orders where the 30-day return window has elapsed
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@formachest.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be processed.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the credit.
7. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@formachest.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
8. Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@formachest.com. We will ship the correct item and arrange return of the incorrect item at no cost to you.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if requested before the order has been fulfilled and shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through our standard return process. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@formachest.com with your order number.
10. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange a product for a different size if your brace does not fit as expected. Contact support@formachest.com within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Return shipping for exchanges is the customer's responsibility unless the exchange is due to our error.
