At Forma Chest, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our Shipping Policy below for details on processing times, shipping destinations, and delivery estimates.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide to over 150 countries. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–10 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–5 business days)
- Express Shipping (1–3 business days)
Europe:
- Standard International (7–15 business days)
- Expedited International (4–7 business days)
Rest of World:
- Standard International (10–21 business days)
- Expedited International (5–10 business days)
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — check our homepage for current offers. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are additional and are the customer's responsibility.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation. If you have trouble tracking your order, contact us at support@formachest.com.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs inspection, duties, and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are entirely the responsibility of the recipient. Forma Chest has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, we will refund the product price only — not the original shipping cost.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Forma Chest is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has marked them as delivered. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please: (1) check with neighbors and building management; (2) contact the carrier directly with your tracking number; (3) contact us at support@formachest.com if the issue remains unresolved after 3 business days.
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@formachest.com. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
9. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Forma Chest is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@formachest.com — we can update the address only if the order has not yet been fulfilled.
